Birthday Recognition

Reminder: if you would like your Birthday announced during the drawings and included in the monthly calendar, please enter your name, birth month/day in the Birthday Book located behind the bar in the Canteen (see one of the bartenders for the Birthday Book).

Queen of Hearts:

The Queen of Hearts drawing is held on the 3rd Friday of each Month at 8:00pm.  The next Queen of Hearts drawing will be on Friday, October 16th at 8:00pm.   The cost per Queen of Hearts ticket is $1.00 (you can purchase Queen of Hearts tickets anytime during the week at the canteen (see a bartender) or during the Wednesday weekly drawings or Monthly drawings).

Envelope Drawing – at apx 8:30pm five tickets from the Queen of Hearts drum will be drawn a minimum of $20.00 envelope.  Note: You must be in attendance to be eligible for the envelope drawing.

​

Winner Takes All Drawing – at apx 9:00pm one ticket will be drawn from the Winner Takes All drum (each ticket cost $1.00). You must be in attendance to be eligible for the Winner Takes All drawing.

​

The Auxiliary will be selling food from 6:30pm – 8:00pm (Burgers and Quesadillas) so come early and have dinner before the Queen of Hearts drawing.

Please note that you must be an active member of Strongsville VFW Post 3345 in order to participate in any of these drawings.

Clam Bake – Saturday, October 3rd 6:00pm

See attached flyer.  The post clam bake will be on Saturday, October 3rd at 6:00 pm.  Tickets are on sale at the post canteen.  $34 per bake    $9 for an extra dozen of clams.

Dinner includes: 1 Dozen Clams – ½ Oven Roasted Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Clam Chowder, Sweet Potato, Salad, Dinner Rolls and all the broth you can handle.

School is back in session and with it comes multiple opportunities for students to earn valuable scholarships!

Open to all students, the programs sponsored by VFW Post 3345 and its Auxiliary offers the chance to showcase talents in writing and art! Prizes are available on the Post, District, State and National levels!
