Three $1000.00 scholarships will be awarded.

 

Eligibility for Scholarship:

To be eligible for this scholarship the student must be graduating in 2026,
attending college in August/September 2026, and satisfy at least one of the
following conditions:

1. The student applying for the scholarship must be a full-time student
attending Berea- Midpark High School or
2. The student applying for the scholarship must be a full-time student
attending Strongsville High School or
3. The student applying for the scholarship must be a full-time student of
immediate family member of a VFW Post 3345 regular member.
Requirements for Scholarship:
1. List on a separate sheet of paper a short essay on “What patriotism
means in today’s America?”
2. Attach to your application one letter of recommendation from a teacher.
3. Attach a school picture for use in our newsletter.
